1. What we collect

• Name, flat number, phone number, email address
• Login method (Google, Email OTP or Telegram OTP)
• Content you post: marketplace listings, lost & found posts, carpooling posts, feedback

2. What we do NOT collect

• Payment information
• Location or GPS data
• Browsing history or device fingerprints
• Any data from MyGate or other apps

3. Where your data is stored

• Google Firebase, asia-south1 region (Bangalore, India)
• Cloudflare Workers for API processing (data not permanently stored)

4. Who can see your data

• You — full access to your own profile
• Platform admins — name, flat number and email for verification and moderation only
• No third parties, advertisers or external organisations

5. Your rights

• Update your profile at any time
• Request complete data deletion — email pushkalkishore@gmail.com or Telegram @pushkalkishore
• Your data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours of request

6. Changes to this policy

Any changes will be announced on the platform before taking effect.
