Acceptable Use

By using PSOTS Society, you agree to:

• Use the platform for legitimate community purposes only
• Not post illegal content, spam, or harassment
• Respect other residents' privacy and data
• Not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download resident data
• Follow all local laws and society rules

Contact Relay Terms

• Maximum 5 contacts per resident per day to prevent spam
• Do not use contact messages for advertising or unsolicited promotion
• Harassment or abusive messages may result in account suspension
• Report spam or inappropriate contacts to: privacy@psots.in

Account Deletion

• You can delete your account anytime via Profile → Privacy Settings
• Deletion is permanent — your profile data will be removed immediately
• Your posts will be anonymized to "Former Resident"
• We keep anonymized audit logs for security (name cannot be recovered)
• Re-registration with the same email requires admin approval

Platform Policies

• Moderation: Admins may remove content or suspend accounts for violations
• Disputes: Contact privacy@psots.in for data-related disputes
• Changes: We may update these terms with notice via Announcements
• Availability: We aim for 24/7 uptime but make no guarantees

Limitation of Liability

PSOTS Society is provided "as-is". We are not liable for lost data, interrupted service, or third-party actions. For security issues, contact: security@psots.in
