In future, small optional revenue may be explored through classified listing fees or voluntary community contributions — any such changes will be announced transparently before implementation.
No. This is an independent resident initiative. PSOTSAOA (the registered Apartment Owners Association) has its own communication channels. This platform operates separately and is not controlled by or affiliated with the Association. Discussions with the Association about this platform are planned and will be shared with residents once completed.
psots.in was registered by Pushkal Kishore in 2021. The Association currently uses it for their official email communications with Pushkal's agreement. Billing ownership and domain control remain with Pushkal Kishore, as acknowledged in writing by the Association Secretary. The resident portal runs on society.psots.in — a separate subdomain.
When you register, you provide your flat number, name, phone and email. A platform admin cross-checks this with MyGate — which has verified resident records for all flats. Your registration is only approved after this manual verification.
Yes. Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase, hosted in the asia-south1 region (Bangalore). Only your name, flat number, phone and email are collected. Your data is never sold, shared or published. Only platform admins can access your profile for verification purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
No. This platform is not affiliated with Prestige Estates or PPMS. It operates as an independent resident community initiative, similar in nature to a resident WhatsApp group — just more structured and searchable. Prestige and PPMS have not been formally informed yet. This will be done at an appropriate stage.
No — and it is not designed to. Telegram groups remain active for real-time conversations. This platform complements them by providing structured information that does not get buried in chat.
Your data can be exported and deleted on request. The platform will give residents advance notice before any shutdown. Since this is self-funded, continuity depends on the community's engagement and support over time.

Trusted resident volunteers appointed as platform admins. Content that is harmful, misleading or disruptive to community harmony is removed. The Telegram bot helps flag potentially problematic content for admin review.
